He Said, When You Reach 40, It’s Sure To Come
December 16, 2008I recall more than a year ago when I had daily headaches and dizziness. Much to my disagreement (because I just don’t want going to doctors unless it’s very, very serious) but did just the same to my mom’s request (respecting commandment #5 of honoring parents, and if i don’t, something bad usually happens).
I had my urinalysis and blood test. Nothing (there goes my money). I was referred to an eye doctor. After series of looking here and there, I was told to start wearing eye glasses. Either I do to not aggravate the matter and the headaches would go, or I don’t and my eyes will worsen. He said that when people reaches 40, the dimming of eyes will sure to come, especially if we are not careful, having bad habits like staring at the monitor for long periods of time.
I did not have my glasses because I could not afford it. I asked God to heal me instead. The headaches vanished.
If I have to choose my glasses, though, I’d like one that’s not heavy. I used to wear a pair back in 1990, just for 2 years. It was already lightweight but I gave it up because my nose bridge is hurting. So if I am to choose again, super lightweightness is one of the choosing factors I have to consider. I know exercise can do good but I just can’t get the habit of doing it so maybe my eyes will dim sooner or later. Titanium frame would be my choice for lightweightness.

You can choose your own also from among the Holiday Glass Frames From Zenni Optical, the popular online eyeglasses shop where you can have $ 8 Complete Rx Eyeglasses.
